Shiny fashion silicone coated webbing strap

The shiny coated webbing strap is our new product. The layer is made from silicone intead of TPU or PVC. Generally, TPU is harder than PVC, so to get soft webbing, some customers will choose PVC one. However, PVC webbing has a big shortage: it is easy to absorb dust so that the PVC webbing is not as easy to clean as TPU one. Besides, PVC is not eco-friendly because of its feature.

To solve the problem, we developed new silicone coated webbing. The outer silicone layer makes the webbing strap soft enough and to own smooth hand-feeling. This is the progress of function.

On the other hand, to enhance its fashion nature, the coated webbing is embossed custom pattern on surface. The 19 mm black coated webbing is embossed with laser shiny plait texture, which will shine in colorful under light. Of course, the shiny effect will be obvious when the webbing is in dark colors.
