TPU piping cord

TPU piping cord is the piping welt made of TPU. Here we have two types of TPU piping cord: TPU coated piping cord and 100% TPU piping cord. TPU coated piping cord has polyester cord inside and outer coated with TPU to get the flat part. On the other hand, 100% TPU piping cord is completely made of TPU, except the color toner.

Compared with traditional braided piping cord made of nylon, polyester or cotton, TPU piping cord is waterproof and strong. If braided piping cord is usually used for home textile and garment, TPU piping cord can usually used for fashion bags and outdoor products. Because TPU piping cord has better talent for shaping.

Generally, our TPU piping cord has two parts: the round part and flat part. But sometimes as to customers' request, we develop piping cord in special shape. For exmaple, we have piping cord with two wings and the one has a hole in the round part.
