Transparent clear TPU edge trim

This type of edge trim is produced through extrusion technology, which is made from TPU material. Because the hand-feeling and hardness of TPU is similar to rubber and silicone, some also call TPU / PVC edge trim as silicone edge trim or rubber edge trim. The original special shape trim we provide is piping cord. Of course, that "special shape" is compared with standard TPU coated webbing or TPU round rope. 

Now we have custom special shape edge trim for furniture. The important point that is different from coated webbing or piping cord is mould. When extrusion machine is changed a special mould for edge trim, we can produce trim in any shape. Then what will affect the quality of edge trim is technology. Production technicians should control the degree of deformation, width, thickness, appearance, etc.

The edge trim is clear transparent. If needed, the color can be customized.
