Choose good coated webbing
1. High quality SGS TPU raw material.
This coated webbing use matte polyether TPU raw material to guarantee stability of product. One truth is that TPU material which is added additives becomes unstable and easy to release powder. Using high quality TPU raw material to a large extent avoid that case.
2. Stable size
To keep stable size relys on technology and inner webbing. We choose high quality polyester braided webbing as inner webbing of coated webbing. After neathening and pre-processing, the braided webbing can be used for producing coated webbing.
During the process, quality inspector will measure the width and thickness of product. If the size is out of tolerance range, technicists will stop to solve problems.
3. Custom appearance
New technology makes new coated webbing has more special appearance. No-scratch matte or glossy appearance makes coated webbing more perfect.
