This is a type of wide coated webbing belt. The coated webbing is outer coated with clear transparent TPU layer. TPU layer helps coated webbing waterproof, abrasion resistant and easy tp clean. Within eco-friendly TPU, the coated webbing is stink-proof and anti-aging.

We can see there are textures on the webbing. That's the texture of inner polyester webbing but not the texture on TPU layer. If customers need custom textures, adding textures on TPU layer is a good choice. But then the TPU layer will be thicker.

50 mm is a wide width for coated webbing, which is not easy to produce. Some wide coated webbings from some manufacturers have scratchs on surface, which looks messy. Now Sunmolin can produce ultra wide TPU coated webbing in width of over 80 mm. With perfect clean surface of course.
