Black 19 mm plastic coated nylon webbing

The 19mm plastic coated nylon webbing is made from braided polyester webbing and TPU layer. Compared with some of TPU coated webbing that processed with embossed texture on surface, this type of coated webbing shows texture of the inner webbing. Generally, the embossed texture proccessing on TPU webbing can be customized. For example, we offer several types of leather texture coated webbing and some shiny embossed webbing.

However, the rugged surface of this type of coated webbing can't be customized as it is the shown-out texture of the inner polyester webbing. Actually, the woven ways of nylon webbing are not as much as processed embossed pattern of course.

To show the texture of inner webbing, the outer TPU layer will be thin enough. On contrast, to reach the thickness in 2 mm, the inner polyester webbing should be thicker than that of other regular coated webbing.
