Colorful printed waterproof silicone coated webbing

This is a type of custom printed waterproof webbing. The webbing is combined with polyester braided webbing and silicone layer. We choose high-strength polyester webbing and 60A silicone material, so that the silicone coated webbing strap is soft, flexible and has good tensile strength.

Moreover, through the special surface treatment, the coated webbing is skin-friendly and smooth. Before printing, we can see the clear leather texture on surface of coated webbing, which is really similar to real leather.

We have introduced several times about leather texture silicone coated webbing and real leather strap. Firstly, silicone coated webbing can be soaked into water with no harm, while leather strap will be broken. Secondly, coated webbing is produced through extrusion technology, so the inner webbing is 360- degree coated by silicone. On contrast, the edge of real leather strap should be painted. 

It is printed by UV printing technology. The ink adhesion is uniform. If you need to print logo on silicone coated strap, just provide your AI or CDR draft.
