TPU leather strap with stitching ruts

TPU coated webbing with leather texture is a type of regular product in Sunmolin. The matte surface is the base of leather look. Then TPU coated webbing looked similar to real leather strap after being processed with leather texture. But it is not enough for some customers. To make it look more like real leather, adding stitch craft will be much better. However, TPU coated webbing is not the real leather after all. It is harder than leather. So TPU coated webbing will be harder to be stitched than real leather when they are in the same thickness. Of course, the problem can be solved. We can process two ruts on TPU coated webbing. The rut parts is thinner than the main part of webbing, which will be easier to be stitched.

The hardness is also a kind of advantage. TPU coated webbing is waterproof, stink-proof and abraision resistant, which is not easy to break. It is also strong enough to own good tension. Another point is that TPU coated webbing can keep its good physical performance in low temperature even in minus 50 degrees. But real leather strap will get hard and broken in such a low temperature.
