Compared with TPU webbing, PVC coated nylon webbing is much softer. We usually choose PVC raw material in hardness 50A while TPU material in hardness 80A. Usage: belts, fashion bags, outdoor goods, etc.
This type of PVC coated nylon webbing is made by traditional extruding technology. There are some horizontal grains can be seen. That's not embossed pattern, but the original grain of inner braided polyester webbing. Another point is that both soft PVC raw material and thin webbing lead to such a kind of soft coated webbing.
Some custom pattern can be embossed on layer PVC, and we proofed a sample of custom embossed PVC webbing here.
The thin PVC webbing can be used as decoration of bags, while the thicker webbing can be used as belt strap or dog leash. Besides PVC coated webbing, we have TPU coated webbing, which have more types.
