What’s the Flame Class of TPU fire resistant webbing

The Flame Class of TPU fire resistant webbing is similar to which of plastic. The Flame Class of plastic is divided into four grades (V0, V1, V2, HB), which is from V0 to HB.

V0: After twice the fire of TPU sample for 10s, the flame dies out in 30s and no inflamer falls off.

V1: After twice the fire of TPU sample for 10s, the flame dies out in 60s and no inflamer falls off.

V2: After twice the fire of TPU sample for 10s, the flame dies out in 60s and some inflamer falls off.

HB: It is the lowest grades of UL94 and CSA C22.2 No. 0.17 Standard. For the sample in the thickness of 3 to 13 millimeter, the burning velocity has to be less than 40mm/min; for the sample less than 3mm thick, the burning velocity has to be less than 70mm/min. Perhaps the flame dies out before the scratch line of 100mm.
