1. Custom unique texture on strap

PVC coated webbing dog collar can be easy to find in market. They are usually flat matte and have no texture on strap. To make dog collar more unique and help to explain the brand, we developed coated webbing with custom texture. For example, we can offer coated webbing in leather texture, laser shiny, logo engraved, logo printed and other irregular texture.

2. High quality plastic quick-snap buckle and coated zinc alloy D ring

The quick-snap buckle is strong enough and anti-aging. The zinc alloy D ring is coated with black color. Of course, the color of buckle and D ring can be customized.

3. Stink-proof

Silicone is a kind of eco-friendly plastic material, which is stink-proof, non-toxic as well as owns good performance in high or low temperature. As we know, silicone is widely used in field of kitchen ware. It is one of the proof for the safety of silicone.

4. Soft

Compared with TPU, silicone owns hardness that range from Shore 30A to 80A, which is much softer. Silicone coated webbing can be as soft as PVC coated webbing. Compared with PVC, both TPU and silicone will be better when comes to performance. We feel that PVC coated webbing dog collar is soft than TPU coated one. Because plasticizer, a kind of environmentally harmful annexing agent, is added into PVC to make it be elastic. However, no matter silicone or TPU owns elasticity originally, which means that adding plasticizer is not necessory.
