Custom smooth surface PVC coated webbing

This is a kind of PVC coated webbing. It is made from 60A eco-friendly PVC material. The purple color is bright and vivid. Of course, the color can be customized. We also have PVC coated webbing samples in brown, blue, pink, etc.

For this type of PVC webbing strap, we use new technology to finish the surface, so that the strap surface is smooth and skin-friendly. Some manufacturers may add some additive on PVC strap to make the surface smooth. However, the additive will disappear after washing or using. But with our new technology develped from Sunmolin, the smooth surface of our PVC coated webbing won't disappear.

Besides the smooth surface, another obvious feature of PVC webbing is its softness. Dog collar and dog leash generally choose PVC coated webbing. Of course, silicone coated webbing and TPU coated webbing are also good choice. For small dogs, PVC coated webbing and silicone coated webbing will be better. Because they are soft enough. And silicone coated webbing is much more eco-friendly than PVC one. For big dogs, TPU coated webbing is strong enough.
